London’s Green Note in Camden is an award-winning delight of a music venue with a well-earned reputation as one of London’s best spots for roots, world and acoustic music.
On Thursday 28th February 2019, singer-songwriter soloists Connor Selby and Saiichi Sugiyama are joined at the Green Note by John O’Leary & Eddie Angel.
Saiichi Sugiyama. The songwriter, guitarist and singer, long established in the London/Surrey music scene, presents acoustic versions of his acclaimed songs from his 30+ years career which have attracted collaborations with classic rock luminaries such as Andy Fraser (Free) and Pete Brown (Cream lyricist).
Connor Selby. A young artist, well-received by such authorities as Classic Rock magazine. His solo set is thoughtful, largely Blues-based, but also shot through with his growing repertoire of music drawing on wider influences.
John O’Leary. Blues harmonica player and vocalist, of Savoy Brown and Sugarkane, John O’Leary has been praised by noted figures such as Champion Jack Dupree. Here he teams up with Eddie Angel, a compelling guitarist-vocalist.
